Lizikr is built on top of secure Firebase infrastructure. All network requests are encrypted using TLS 1.3. Student progress charts and directories are kept isolated in secure schemas with automated daily backups.

Yes. We use Firebase Crashlytics to monitor application performance and stability on mobile devices. No personal data is transmitted in crash logs; they only contain device hardware details and execution stack traces.

The Lizikr app requests permissions for Notifications (to alert you of progress updates and approvals) and Alarm Scheduling (to handle classroom notifications on time).

Lizikr does not collect or track GPS location, background location data, or user profile photos. We prioritize the privacy of your children and staff.

Users can request complete account deletion directly from the Profile Settings screen inside the Lizikr mobile app. Once submitted, your profile details are deactivated immediately.

Following an account deletion request, your profile, class associations, and Hifz history remain in a secure backup status for up to 30 days before permanent, irreversible deletion.
