Recommended Method

Delete In-App Instantly

For security reasons, users are encouraged to submit account deletion requests directly from inside the mobile application:

1Open the **Lizikr** application on your device.

2Go to **Profile Settings** from the dashboard.

3Tap on **Delete Account** and confirm the removal prompt.

Data Retention Policy

Immediate Deactivation: Once requested, your account will be immediately logged out and disabled.

30-Day Retention Window: In compliance with mobile app stores, deleted account data may remain in our secure cloud backup directories for up to 30 days before permanent, irreversible removal.
